Basketball tournament information! Attached is the map for Rudyard Area Schools gym layout. There will be admission for the day. Pay once for THAT day and get your hand stamped. Not sure of cost. Concessions will be available too. Due to the cancellations, parents night for all sports will be the done at the Awards Banquet. Go Rockets!!
Now that we are officially in our new building we ask that during school hours you use the new office entrance. When you are attending sporting events you may still use the doors at the south entrance (closest to the playground).

Some big news and little reminders for our school!
BIG NEWS..... WE PASSED OUR FINAL INSPECTION! We will have a ribbon cutting ceremony Tuesday morning upon the bus arrival.
Which leads to our little reminders. We have no school Friday, February 16th or Monday, February 19th. We also have set a new date for the homecoming dance. That will now be April 13th.

Happy Sunny Friday Whitefish Family! I hope you are all healthy and ready to get back to school! The dance will be rescheduled and the basketball games are now Feb 20 vs OCS at 5 PM and Feb 21 at 5 PM. This is by far the weirdest winter I have seen in some time. Dear Whitefish Family. Our numbers are NOT good. After discussing with other districts and emergency medical personnel, this sickness is widespread and spreading quickly. With that being said with the number of students not attending tomorrow, we will be closed the rest of the week. This will allow for containment and hopefully will allow our students and staff to heal. All afterschool programming is cancelled. We will try and reschedule the game and the dance. Good evening, I want to thank all of the parents who reached out to me to update me on the health status of their children. With that being said, we will remain closed Wednesday January 31st due to the large number of students still sick. Please plan on attending school on Thursday February 1st. Good afternoon, today we had many students out sick. During the day, we had many go home sick too. We will be closing school Tuesday January 30th. Parents, please inform me Tuesday night via email or text if your child is still sick. I will make a determination by 6 PM Tuesday night if there is no school Wednesday. Plan on school Wednesday unless I receive a bunch of emails/calls/texts from parents. We will be cleaning the school tomorrow to ensure a clean environment. Good evening, I am writing you to inform you that we passed the final plumbing inspection today. I thought we were going to get our final inspection tomorrow, but now it looks like Tuesday. Our contractors will be in to finalize everything on the punchlist. I am hoping we can occupy Wednesday!
We are officially half way through the school year!!! It is quickly flying by! Next week we will be starting our winter testing cycle. Please ensure your students get a good night sleep and are at school!!
