Tomorrow is a big day at Whitefish. We will have our electrical inspection and should that go well, we will schedule our final inspection. We are very excited to get into the new area soon!! Tomorrow is our virtual day too (Wednesday)! This is a good day to get caught up on work because the first semester is over on Jan 23rd! Half of the school year is almost upon us!! We are also seeing a lot of sickness throughout the school. We have C-19 tests available upon request. We will do our part to sanitize the school everyday! Due to the pending weather and the stringent transportation schedule, we have decided to cancel the game at Mackinac Island. We will be working with the school for a possible reschedule date and time.

The school board meeting that was to be held tonight is rescheduled for Tuesday December 19th at 4 PM.
The Christmas Program that was set to take place at the Community Center will now be held at our school. Join us Friday, December 15th at 6:00 PM for our wonderful program and visit our special guest in a red suit.

Reminder that the office is closed Wednesday, November 22nd due to our PBIS bowling field trip. Students will eat breakfast and then we will load the bus. We will return to the district approximately 3:00 P.M. There is no school Thursday and Friday. Have a great Thanksgiving. 7th-12th grade boys basketball practice will start Monday, November 13th. Practices will be Monday-Friday after school until 5:30P.M. Physicals are required.
Tomorrow is Picture Day!! We need everyone to get their picture taken even if you don't plan to purchase them. We will need the photo for our yearbook, student id, etc. Don't forget to wear your smile tomorrow.

Reminder that tomorrow afternoon we have an ALL SCHOOL field trip to the cranberry farm. We will leave about 12:30 and return before the end of the school day.
Volleyball Update
The following volleyball matches are going to be played at Brimley OCS gym due to the construction at our school. Oct 3rd (Tuesday) vs Maplewood and Grand Marais. Oct 12th (Thursday) vs Mackinac Island and Oct 18th (Wednesday) vs Munising and Hannahville. All of these matches start at 5:30 PM. On Oct 6th (Friday), we will live stream the 1 PM match vs Beaver Island. There will NOT be seating available due to the front office being on the stage. This will be livestreamed via Facebook.
