FAFSA - Free Application for Federal Student Aid

It is important that you consider how you are going to pay for your post-secondary education.  There are many scholarships and grants available, but you have to apply for them.  Be sure to look for opportunities and meet all deadlines.

• Contact the Financial Aid office of your school and ask about scholarships

• Use a scholarship search engine like Fastweb to look for scholarships

• Talk to parents, teachers, and your guidance counselor - don't assume anything

• Don't delay - by the time your senior year ends, many scholarship deadlines have passed.

What is TIP?

Michigan's Tuition Incentive Program provides tuition assistance for the first two years of college to students who are eligible.  See your guidance counselor to see if you qualify!
